Mission Statement

Complete Inspection Services, LLC (CIS) is a locally owned home inspection company that is proud to provide home inspection services to the buyers and sellers in southeast Nebraska. Complete Inspection Services, LLC was created to help ensure that there is a home inspection option for the clients, realtors and professionals that are looking for a more personalized inspection experience.

Justin Fulbright

Owner/ Lead Inspector

Justin Fulbright is an ASHI certified inspector (252316) in Southeast Nebraska that has completed thousands of whole home inspections for everyone from first time home buyers to seasoned real estate professionals.  Justin is a Nebraska state certified radon tester as well as being a certified drone operator.  Justin combines a thorough yet reasonable approach to home inspecting and really enjoys the personal experience with the clients.  Justin has long background in the trades.  Years spent working for a general contractor has provided a wide range of experiences that allow him to provide accurate assessments of each property while helping the clients to understand that repairs can be easily managed.
A family man, Justin is married to wife AJ and has 2 kids that love to run around in the yard with their 3 dogs.

Kim Zimmerman

Business Coordinator

Kim is a seasoned administrative veteran in our field. Kim is also extremely valued at Complete Inspection.  She has an extensive professional background which blends nicely with our focus on customer service and communication with our clients and vendors.  Kim has a background in HR and accounting and is a great addition to our team.
Kim graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Steve Pollard

Home Inspector

Steve Pollard joined Complete Inspection Services, LLC in 2018 with previous home inspecting experience from his home state of Illinois.  As a licensed home inspector in the greater Chicago area, Steve brings a nice balance to Complete with a detailed eye and an easy going personality.  Steve is an ASHI member also and believes that providing a top notch and consistent inspection is key to providing the best product for our clients.  Steve graduated from St. Francis University in 2008 where he also played for the baseball team.
When not inspecting homes, Steve and his wife Anne Marie enjoy traveling and photography.  Steve is also an avid wood worker with many cool projects completed over the years.
